Climbing Kilimanjaro for Out of Afrika

We will be climbing Kilimanjaro in July 2005 to raise money for Out of Afrika, a charity which we have recently become involved with. Not only is Out Of Afrika a registered UK charity, it is also recognised as an international N.G.O. The money that we raise will be put towards helping people affected by poverty and HIV in Kenya.

The expedition is being run by Team Kilimanjaro, who have given us a target of raising £2000 each. However, we are hoping to raise much more.

After the climb we will be spending a few weeks in Ruiru, Kenya. We will be helping at a school and at a local clinic. We will also have the chance to visit other Out Of Afrika projects, which will enable us to see exactly who our money is helping.
